Step1–Check High wage Application requirement Step2–Check if Owner/Operator advertising Variation remains same Step3—Check median wage for owner operator Step 4—Print out the median wage page: 1PDF in client’s dropbox, 1 printout in paper file Step5–Apply for a web account for both Employer and representative Step 7—-Ensure transition plan is in place Step 8–Collect info required by online application Step9—check all documents based on the requirements and make sure they meet requirement Step 10, place all documents in drop box(and paper file) for review and complete the following form
