作为加拿大移民系统现代化和改善客户服务的一部分，从2022年9月23日开始， IRCC开始过渡大多数永久居留项目到网上申请。这意味着以下项目可以使用Permanent Residence Portal 网上递交移民申请。如果你因为特殊情况不能在线申请，比如残疾，那么你可以联系移民局，要求提供替代格式。否则，在过渡日期后收到的非网上申请都将被退回给申请人。
